Volunteer Roles

We have a variety of roles available to suit different interests and skill sets:


  • Registration Desk: Be the welcoming face of PyCon Uganda by assisting attendees with check-in and providing information about the conference schedule.

  • Session Support: Ensure that sessions run smoothly by coordinating with speakers and managing transitions between talks.

  • Technical Assistance: Provide crucial support for audio-visual equipment and help troubleshoot any technical issues during sessions.

  • Logistics Coordination: Assist with venue setup, signage placement, and managing supplies to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

  • Social Media & Communications: Help promote the conference through social media channels and provide live updates during the event.
